Radu Tincu

Dr. Radu Tincu completed in 2017 his doctoral research at the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest with the topic “Antioxidant mechanisms involved in lead poisoning”. He is also the Head of Works within the Department of Clinical Toxicology of UMF Carol Davila Bucharest.

In 2019, he completed his Master's studies in Health Services Management within the Bucharest Academy of Studies with a dissertation that evaluated the socio-economic impact of patients intoxicated with lead.

Research on the role of antioxidant therapies receives an award from the European Society of Clinical Nutrition at the 2016 Espen Congress in Conpenhaga.
Other research papers in the field of toxicology have been presented at renowned congresses including: World Congress of Anesthesia and Intensive Care 2016 in Hong Kong, National Congress of Clinical Nutrition 2016 in Poiana Brasov, European Congress of Toxicology 2016 in Seville.

With the occasion of the Centenary of the Great Union, in 2018 he received the distinction "100 years of Modern Medicine in the capital of United Romania", from the Romanian Patriarchate for public involvement in the socio-medical phenomenon. During the festivity, 100 medical personalities from Romania received this distinction.
