The á cappella quintet ANATOLY

Opera House BRASOV
The á cappella quintet ANATOLY

Five young people, five exceptional voices filled with passion, perseverance and a great amount of sounds. This is the perfect recipe for a singing group such as Anatoly to definetly conquer the public.

Their performance, both á cappella and with accompaniment, covers preclassic, classic and romantic musical pieces, religious composition, carols, folkloric and contemporary pieces, all in a personal layout.

They can sing anything because their talent accepts challenges of any kind.

They follow with interest the musical phenomenon in this aspect; they appreciate and are inspired by the á cappella singing groups from American and West European spaces. They are in a continuous search for different musical pieces and genres, which they adapt to their group. Among their works are The King Singers and The Real Group.

They have recorded ten CDs with pieces from both the Romanian and universal repertoire, distinguished by an intense concert activity.

In the year 2014, Anatoly achieves a triple performance: finalists in the TV show competition ‘Romanians Got Talent’; winners of the grand prize of the International Choral Contest ”A ruginit frunza din vii”, Chisinau - Republic of Moldova and winners of the festival with the same name; European vice champions at the prestigious International Choral Contest of Tolosa - Spain, managing to get into the finals no more than six exceptional singing groups.

Since 2017, their activity takes place under the aegis of the Brasov Opera House.
